Modern and Clean Bathrooms

Excellent Entertainment Options

I couldn't have asked for a more ideal location, right in front of the Haram and just steps away from the Grand Mosque. The room was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for the whole family, although it wasn't ready when we arrived. The service was a mixed bag with a warm welcome but some issues with responsiveness and utensil cleaning.

While the rooms feel more like a rental apartment than a hotel suite, they are comfortable although the furniture is a bit old and some appliances need replacing. The friendly and helpful service is a highlight, but there are issues with staff compliance and disengagement. The location is ideal for both men and women, especially for old age guests, very close to Masjid. The facilities, although a bit out of date, are sufficient.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic, being extremely near to Masjid Nabvi, and the proximity to the Haram makes it ideal for women. The service during check-out was top-notch, with cooperative staff, although the experience behind the disk was a bit lacking. The rooms, despite missing a door, were spacious and had a sitting lounge and full kitchen, perfect for my family. The dining experience was a bit challenging due to crowds in Medina, but the fine bread was a highlight.
